At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw ho den at the Probate OHiee in the Citv of Au Arbor, ou Monday, the Htli (iay of A.ugus in the year one thousand eight hundrec and ninety-three. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judife of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Willlam W Browu, deceased. Charles Dwver, tlie administiator of s;ii estáte, comes into court and represent that he is now prepared to render his fina account as such administrator. Thereupon it ie ordered thatTuesday, th 12th day of September next at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for exam ining and such account, and tha the heirs-at-law of eaid deceased, and all othe persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to b holden at the Probate Office, in the City o Anu Arbor in said County, and show cause ifany there be, why the said account shouk not be allowed.
