Diphtheria's Victims

Lansing, Sept. 28.- Another death occurred from diphtheria in the city Wednesday morning. The authorities thought that the scourge had departed, but it has again made its appearance. There are now 10 cases in the city and 45 persons in quarantine. Altogether there have been til) cases duriug the sunimer and 13 deaths.
