Working On Sewers

The Ferguson Cart and Carriage Company flled articles of incorporation Saturday. The capital stock is placed at $25,000, of which $10,000 is paid in. The stockholders wbose names appear in the articles of incorporation are David R. S. Underwood, Alvah P. Ferguson, and Nellie R. Ferguson. The new company will start up in a day or two and carry on the manufacture of the carts, which have obtained a wide reputation.
