In the Michigan awards at the Vorld's Fair, Tuesday, Washtenaw ounty stands well up iu the list, comng in for all the Michigan awards on sheep. W. E. Boyden, of Webter, gets the flrst award on merino wes, three years old or over; while A. A. Wood, of Saline, gets the hird award in the same class. 'or a Merino ewe two years old, A. A. Vood also gets third place. He also ook the fourth prize for ram under oueyearof age. Heniy Burns, of Saine, got the sixth award for Merino ram of one year old and under two. Washtenaw is still a sheep center.
