Thirty-two Indictments

Kansas City, Oct. 11.- The special jrand jury which has been investigatng the failure of the Kansas City Safe ieposit and Savings bank has returned 6 indictments against James C. Daragh and 16 against Eliner C. Battley, :he president and cashier of the deunct bank. Each indictment charges frand larceny, and they are all exactly he same, except as to nanies, dates and mounts. The grand jury made no■ecommendationc, merely certifying to be corree tness of the report.
