Twenty-two Drowned

San Francisco, Oct. 10. - Advices rought by the steainer Rio Janeiro tate that the aailing vessel Sinyo Maru was wrecked off the coast of Japan on he 4th inst. Twenty-two of the 28 assengers were drowned.
