St. Johxs, üct. 25.- E. E. Whipple of the Whipple Harrow company denies the report that the concern was worsted in ite fight with the National Harrow company. He claims the court determined the right of the Whipple company to sue dealers for discriminating against them in favor of a "trust." The court, hqwever, asked thera to be more erjecific in their charges, which furnished the basis for the false report. Mr. Whipple claims that a New York court pronounced the National Harrow company a trust and a conspiiacy.
