At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office n the city of Ann Arbcr, on Wednesday, the fourth dny oi October in the year one thousand eight hundreö and ninety-t-hree. Present, .1. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of WUliam Bush, decetsed. Marv 11. Buh, executrix of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and represent that slie is now prepaied to render her final account as such executrix. Tbereupon it is orJered Ihat Monday the 30th day of Oetober instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examinlng and allowins such account, and that the devisees, Ieg-atees and heirs-at. law of nid deceated, and all other persons interested in said catate, aro required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Prohato office, in the city of Ann Aroor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why the said account should not be allowed. And it is lurther ordered that said executrix give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be piiblished in tbe Ann Arbor ArguB, a newspaper printed and circula'ing in said county, three suecessive weeks prewous to faid dar of hearing.
