To Plant A Liberty Tree

Washington, Oct. 24.- In compliance with the request of the California branch of the Society of the Daughters of the American "Revolution. who are arrranging to plant a liberty tree at the opening of the midwinter fair at San Francisco, the members of the local society have sent small quantities of earth from the grave of Mary Washington. Mount Vernon, Bladensburg, and the Washington monument to be used in the planting.
