Brownsville, Tex., Nov. 28.- Sergeant M. D. Rosa of the signal corps committed suicide here by ehootiug hiinself behind the left ear with a pistol, He was a brother-in-law of Governor McKinley of Ohio and leaves a widow and two children at Columbus Ohio.
