Road Measure Defeated

Oscoda, Dec. 7. - The special election held in this county on the county road system resilted in an inglorious defeat for the measure. From returns received it appears that the farining districts united with the lower end of the county, including the villages of Tawas City and East Tawas, in voting against the measure. Au Sable and Oscoda carried it by a handsome iuajority. The measure is defeated by a majority of about 200.
