Sagina w, Dec. 21.- Christian Hollwede a single man about 34 years of age, walked into the Central pólice station Wednesday morning and told a startline story abont beiug confined in a smoky room last Friday night, where he was held! while some one blew a white powder down his throat. Health üfflcer Ellis was called in. as tlie man was evidently very ill, and he intimated that Hollwede was mentally unbalanced from the attack of grip which had developed into pneuuoiiia.
