Charted With Conspiracy

Battle Creek, Dec. 18.- J. M. Jacobs, a clothier of this city, and his brother, another dealer, at Albion, were arrested Saturday night for conspiracy. They are relatives of Morris Rosen of Grand Ledge, who secured $30,000 worth of goodg on time and then shipped them to different parts of the country. It is alleged that they assisted Rosen in secreting the goods. Both men are in Charlotte jail awaiting trial.
