Second Degree Murder

Saginaw, Dec. 25.- The fonrth trial of William Palmer, charged witli murdering his brotber Albert, was concluded Saturday by the jury returning s verdict of inurder in the second degree. This last trial has consumed 12 days and has cost the county about $2,500. Altogether the Palmer case bas cost Saginaw county 10,000.
