The Brfptists are without i pastor. Mis. J. Bray is visiting friends in Ypsilanti. The W. C. T. U. is in quite a flonrishing condition, Mrs. Utter Fuller is entertaining guests f rom Missouri. Miss L. Curtiss entertained relativos from Britton this week. Mr. and Mrs. Eldridge entertained guests Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Stevens are entertaining guests from Detroit. Mr. and Mis. Chas. Sill entertained a few guests, Monday evening. Mrs. Wiltner Butler and son returned to their home in Detroit, Friday. Mr. Preston Rouse, of Saline, was i the gueet of his father, Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. T. Barnes, of Dundee, visited Hilan friends over Sunday. Mrs. Butterfield, of Jackson, is the fruest of her parents, llev. aud Mrs. J. Swindt. , Mi-, and Mis. C. H. Kelsey entertained guests trom Ann Arbor the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Jlu'rray entertained gnests from the East "through the va catiĆ³n. Mi&s Hattie Benham, of Ann Arbor, was the guest of Mrs. W. EL Whitmarsh, over Sunday. Mrs. H. C. Markham, of Ann Arbor, was the guest of her sister, Mrs. G. R. Williams over Sunday. Miss Lena Blinn. of Casa City, was the guest of Attorney G. R. Williams and family Friday and Saturday. The Pres by ter fan ladies will hold their tea social at the residence of Mrs Fred Wilson, on River street, Tuesday afternoon. Mr. L. G. Eddy and family have moved to Detroit, where he will engage in the grocery business the corner of Russell street and Milwaukee avenue. The revival meeting are 1 argel y attended. Presiding Eider Davis was here a few niglits last week. Rev. Chas. Case, of Stony Creek, preached Sunday evening and,Monday,Evangelist Mrs. Smith, of Hillsdale, preached to a full house. Rev. Mr. Yliger, the pastor, is an earnest worker aud is full of enthusiastn.
