Fish Law Violator Fined

West Bay City, Jan. 18.- Henry Benson, manager of the Saginaw Bay Fish company, paid a fine of $20 in á justice court for violation of the state fish law, whieh requives all fish below a certain size to be repïaced without injury when oaught. Benson and nearly all the other fishermtm here have repeatedly violaled this law and Game Warden Hauipton says he proposes to have the work stoppeu if he has to have new warrants sworn out against í theni everv week.
