Traverse City, Jan. 18.- W. C. Germaine was convicted Wednesday of .shooting Ellis Rtimsdell, son of T. J. Rauisdell of Manistee, Ramsdell paid atteution to öerinainè'e sister. Germaine didn't Hke it and shot him during one of nis calis at the house.
