Jan. 31.- William McHale, who picked Mary Wilson's pocket of 45 cents Nov. 4. was convicted in the retorder's conrt Tuesday morning, and tenteneed by Judge Charubers fco five years in Jackson prison. McHale, though only 20 years oíd, has been arrested 1 1 times. He has paid unes and terved time in the house of correction.
