A Young Girl Scalped

Toledo, Jan. 30.- Julia Friedman, 16 years oíd, was literally scalped by the passenger elevator in the store of Jalius Strauss, where she is employed. She was watching the elevator make an aseen t, and her head was jammed betweeu the top of the car and the door. Her recovery is doubtful.
