Handley, alias Early, a notoiious "bogus check shover" and oonfidence man, who was released from the Missouri penitentiary last month after serving a term forobtaining 1,000 on a bogas check, has beon locked np at the Central pólice station on a charge of obtaininc; $250 by fraud from the National Bank of Commerce.
