Verdict For Damages

Lapber, March 22.- The case of Mis. Mary Steele tor damages from the Chicago and Grand Trunk railroad compatiy for the killing of her husband, was gh'en to the jury Wednesday noon. Aftor bdng out several hours it brought in a veríict awarding the plaintiff t!4,5üO damactes. This does not include damages for t!ie loss of her son, killed at the same time. The case will undouhtedly be appealed.
