Without Telegraphic Communication

Menominee, April 12.- Menominee has been without telerapliic communication with the outside world since Monday night owing to a heavy wind and snowstorm which broke down fire alarm, telegraph, electric light and telegraph wires and poles in the city. The principal business streets are filled with brokeu polea and a tangle of wiree. together with foot of snow end slu3h and business bas been well nigh suspended. The damage is considerable.
