Lansing, April 18. - Governor Rich lias appointed General W. H. ton of Jackson, Major R. W. Jacklin of Detroit, Colonel John D. Sumner of Kalamazoo, Lieutenant Alex T. Navarre of Monroe and W. H. Brearley of Detroit, members of a commission to lócate the positions of Michigan régimen ts on the battlefteld of Antietain.
