Ludinoton, April 18.- Ludington taxpayers, by a vote of 659 for and 17 against, decided to bond the city for 810,000 to aid in locating the Epworth League training school here. The Flint and Pere Marqnette railway and several private citizens give 11,000 more for the same purpose.
