Cincinnati, May 7.- Hon. Theodore Cook died at nis Cli:!ton home after an illness lasting seven weeks. He was 65 years old. Mr. Cook was prominent in business in Cincinnati, having been president of the Fourth National bank, president of the chamber of cominerce, president of the Cincinnati Southern railway and a member of the state lesislature.
