Port Towxsexd, Wash.. May 7. - The United States revenue cutter Bear has sailed for the Arctic ocean and Bering sea via Sitka. The retnainder of the Bering sea fieet expects to receive telegraphic instructions from the navy departtnent relative to sealing regulations and depart today.
