Detroit. May 21. -The jury in the case of Jainea Gr. Clark, charged with altering the Wayne county election returns, returned a verdict of guilty after deliberatinjí 25 hours. The minimum penalty for the otïense is 1,000 fine, and the maximum, three years' imprisonment.
