Death Of Adam D. Seyler
Ann Arbor is called upon to mourn the loss of another of her prominent business men. Adam D. Seyler died at half-past eleven o'clock this morning from inflaramatory rheumatism, aged fifty-six years. He was born in Canada and Eor many years has been a leading aoot and shoe merchant in this city. He served as an alderman of the city in 1870 and as recorder in 1873 and again in 1877. He was elected county treasurer in 1880 and again in 1882. He has always taken an active interest in city matters. Strictly upright in all lis dealings, he was a fine man personally and had hosts of friends. He was the treasurer of the Presbyterian church.
