Port Hurón, May 23.- Colonel Williarn Nichols. a New York capitalist, interested in the construction and operation of eleotric railroads, and E. H. Brennan, oue of the promoters of the scheine to erect an electric railway between this city and Lexington, were here Tuesday. They took an overland route for Lexington, and will have a survey inade of the proposed road in order to get an estiniate of the cost of construction. Port Hurón has been given to understand that if a bonus of 20,000 is guaranteed by the city towards the construction of the road it will be built this sumuier.
