An Early Convention

The Washtenaw District Lodge of Good Templars held their annual meeting in Saline Saturday. O. W. Blair, of Grand Rapids, past grand chief templar, was present and presided. The report of the secretary showed a large increase in membership over the last year's reports and an increase of three lodges in the county. The following officers were elected and installed for the ensuing year: District chief templar, Rev. F. M. White, Dexter; district councellor, W. H. Druse, Saline; district chief templar, Miss Dora Harrington, Chelsea; district secretary, Cornelia Copeland, Dexter; district treasurer, G. G. Crozier, Ann Arbor; district past chief templar, John R.
