Mumps is making its rounds here. Frank Duncan spent Monday in Aun Arbor. May Quigg and Aliee Hawkins spent Sunday with friends here. Allie Donegan has returned from a two weeks' stay in Ann Arbor. James Hanlin who has been sick tor the past two weeks is now getting better. The ciiuker worm has made its appearance liere and is doing great damage to apple trees. William P. Grooves' orchard has been stripped entirely of its foliage; spraying does not appear to affect them (the worm) in the least. üied, Thursday, May 31, of consumption, at the residence of her father, Mr. Henry Jung, Mrs. Ellen Lennon, aged 33 years. The funeral services were held at St. Patrick's church, at 9 o'clock. The husband of the deceased died about a year ago, and two small children are left to mou.rn the loss of both fathei' and mother.
