Saginaw, June 14. - A smonth young man, whogave his name as León Blum Cohn. has worked Saginaw under the pretense of being an agent for Barnum & Bailey. He had letters to "Little Jake" Seligman and soon won the latter'8 confidence to such an extent that he was enabled to get possession of clothing and diamonds worth about B00. with which he diaappeared. He tried to flimliam Manager Hart of the Street railway compauy, but that gentleman was to wary. Cohn went from here to Fünt. wliere he will probauly work the same game.
