Lansing, June 11. - J. D. Hagaman of Adrián, who is known as the converted skeptic, induced several Lansing gentlemen to accompany hiin to the residence of John F. Mabee. who has made quite a reputation in Spiritualistic circle8 in Michigan as a niaterializinc medium. He was at the state campmeeting at Haslett park, along with Farmer Riley of Marcellus, last year and was figuring on being a star attraction there next month. Saturday night's visitors took in everything with open-mouthed wonderment until the spirit made bold enough to venture from behind the curtain to play on the organ. The audience then made a rush and captured the ghostly visitor, who proved to be very much alive. Lights were procured and Mabee was shown up to his dupea. Hagaman had him locked up on a charge of obtaining money by false pretenses.
