Lansing. June 21. - Acting on tha reeoinrneudation of the pardon board, Goveruor Rich has pardoned Walter R. Harins, sent frtmi the superior court, Grand Rapids, Nov. 6, 1891, toloniafor four years for petty lareeny. The pardon waa also recommended by Judge Burlinganie and the prosecuting attorney. Harnis is afflicted with an incurable disease and has but a short time to live. j
