Claimed To Be The Messiah

Kansas City, June 27.- A tall man with a long unkempt beard, who said he was a Michigau farmer, called on Rev. B. Mayerowitz at 1935 McGee street and told the rabbi that he was the Messiah. While working in the fields the divine spirit had called on hini to announce himself to the Jews first and the Christians next as the Messiah, and here I ani, said he in r;onclusion. He gave his name as John William.
