The Sidewalk Inspector reported that lie had personal! y itispected the sidewalks which had íiot as yet heen conBtriïcted: Oh Fiíth street.eastand west sides, in front of the propprty of Harry ('lúe.l-'. (i. Schleiclier, Michigan Furniture Co., and the Jolin Wei biecht estate; on Packard street, in front of the propei'ty of VV. D. Eichardson; on Ann street, in fiont of the Post Oflice building, the property of the Rice A. Beal estáte; on W. Iluron street, north side in front of the property of tl. L. and L. 1) James and Dr. J. A. Dell; on Clark street, west side, along the property of Mrs. Mary Mahaney; on Mary Street in front of the property of John V. Sheehan; on Third street, west side, in front of the property ot ilichael Welch and Mrs. Eli?;ibeth Eisele. Ou inotion the report was received and ordered tiled, and the Street Com missioner ordered to take the necessary steps to build the walks. On motion of Mr. Keech the Street Commissioner was ordered now totake the necessary steps to build the walks on W. Huron street, along the south side trom Main to Ashley streets. Mr. Clark reported against paving gutter on Gott street, east side, trom Summit to Hiscock streets, as sueh paving is a part of the property owner's duty. Bv Mr. Reech: Resolved, That owing to the dangerous condition at the present time of lie overhead construction of the Ann Arbor Street llailway Co's. wires there javing already occurred two breaks that have been dangerous to life and jropriety and the close Droximity of ;he wires to the ground, it is the opinión of this Board that the Common Douncil should take action in having :hem removed or put in a safe condilion. Adopted as follows: Yeas. - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Clark. On motion the Board adjourned. Clerk.
