City Mayor Locked Up

PEUU, Hls., Aug. 11.- Mayor Rausch of this city was arrested and locked up for disorderly conduct. His resignatiou was tendered later and accepted at a special meeting of the couucil. The vacancy was filled by the election of Alderuian Hebel to fill the unexpiied term as mayor.
