Chicagoan Arrested In Mexico

Mexico City, Aug. 11.- C. B. Lathrop of Chicago was arrestel and now is lodged in Belem prison at the instigation of the Mezican District Messenger compny. The arrest is the outgrowth of the war between the American and Mexican stockholders who are figbting ovr the management of the company. Manager Commagera has been shut out of the office.
