" In the matter of the application of the Drain Commissioner of the County of Washtenaw, for the appointmeiit ol three Special Commissioners to determine the necessity for a drain through certa. n lands in thrtownshius of Lima and Sylvan, and lor the taking of private property for the use and benefit of the public lor the purpose thereof, and the just compeneation to be made therefor. Whereas, on the 21st day of August, A. D. one thoueand eight hundred and ninety-four, an application in writing was made to this Court by the Drain Commissioner of the County of Washtenaw, for the appointment of three Special Commissioners to determine the neceseity for a Drain through certaiu lagdsinthe iownships of Lima and Sylvan and described in eaid application, and for the taking of private pion rty for the use and benefit of the public tc.i the purpose thereof, and the just compvnsaüon to be made therefor; And whereas, this Court did on the 2ist day of August, A. Now, therefore, all such unknown or nonresident persona, owners of the above described lands, and eacu of them, are hereoy cited tu be and appear before this ('ourt, ui tlie time and place last above set forth, to be heard wilh respect to such application, if they so desire, and sViovv cause, if any there be, why the said aiiplicatlon for the appointment of three Special Coramissioners as af iiresaid should not be granted.
