In the matter of the application of the Drain Commissioner of the County of Washtenaw, for the appointmeat ol three Special Commissioners to determine the necessity for a drain through certa.n lande in the townsbips of Lima and Sylvan, and for the taking of private property for the use and benefit of the public lor the purpose thereof, and the just compensation to be made therefor. Whereas, on the 2Ist iay of August, A. D. one thoueand eight hun. red and ninety-four, an application in wnuug was made to this Court by the Draai Commissioner of the County of Washtenaw, for the appointment of three Special Cummissioners to determine the necessity for a Drain through certain lagdsin the townships of Lima and Sylvan and described in said application, and for the taking of private property for the use and benefit of the public lor the purpose thereof, and the just compensation to be made therefor; And whereas, this Court did on the 21st day of August, A. D. one thousand eight hun dred and ninety-four, upon a due examination of suen application and of all the proceedings theretofore taken in the premises, iind the same to be in accordance with the statute in such cases made and provided, and did thereupon by an order entered therein, appoint the 25th day of September, A.
