Miss Anme ishannon, of Ann Aibor, made Mr. aud Mrs. Freer a short visit. Miss Mayme Pyle, of Wilraington, Del., was the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Frank McMillan. Mrs. M. Paul has gone to Indiana to attend the wedding of a cousin. Miss Louisa Paul, of A nu Arbor, who is spending the suinmer here, was given a very pleasant surprise last Fïïday evening. School began Monday morning in District No. 7, with Alice Muilen, of Ohelsea, as teacher. Miss Hoppe, who taught at the Center last year, opened school again last Monday.
