Farmers are quite busy, at this writing, cultivating the soil for the sowing of their wheat. Mr. Serviss and family have returned to Ann Arbor, after spending the summer at the lakes. Mrs. F. Carpenter and Cynthia Carpenter were entertained by friends at Hamburg, Friday. Mrs. J. Parmlee and son, of Waco, Texas, are guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.
