Hawaiian Annexation Again

Victoria, B. C, Oct. 15.- The steamer Arawa lias arrivod here from Australia and Honolulú bringing Hawaiian advices to Oct. 5 Delegatos to the convention which is to chooHo senators and reprosentatives adoptod a resolution that no one who was not openly in favor of annexation should be elected. Nearly 2,000 voters have registered already, which is only 800 lesg than the number of voters at the last electiou under royalty.
