Phii.LIPPI, W. Va., Oct. 18.- This place was cuptured by storm by the coustituents of Hou. W. L. WUson, from Barbour, Taylor, Tucker, and Raudolph countios. As early as 9 o'clock In the morning scveral visiting delegations paraded the town, clieering each other in the exuborance of their enthusiasm, and when the train bearing Wilson and his party arrived the station was surrounded by a crowd which blockod all the approaches. In the column which escorted Wilson to his hotel wero twenty-flve young latlies, attired in white, on horseback, followed by about öüO horsemen, and these by 8,000 voters. No snch demonstratlon has been seen here for thirty years.
