Hiawatha, Kas., Oct. 85.- The difficulties of the Pullman Co-Operativecompany have been ad j usted and a charter has been appliod for. Four persons surrendered their stock and it was taken by others. The citizens elected Charles Knabb, J. D. Blair, B. S. Foster, M. G. Hall and C. H. Adaras for their directors, and the Pullman club seieotod Louis Moyer, C. O. Allen, William D. Cochran and William F. Hylop to represent them. The capital stock is $75,000. The workmen take 825,000 of the stock and pay for it in work. Kightuon families and tliirtytwo men will be here at once from the Pullman works.
