Omaha, Nov. 30. - A now and dangerous counterfeit has made its appcarancc in Omaha. It was presented and dctoctod at tho Commercial Xatioual bank. It is a ti silvcr certiflcato with tho portrait of Wllliftin Windom and the signatures of "V. 8, Kosecrans, register of the treasury, and K. R. Nebecker, treasurer of the ünlted States: Nerins ot' 1891 and of tho plate E iourtoen. 'l'he worknianship is fine and tho bill wlll pass almost anywlu-ro. The only wcak feature of the bill is the libres oompoáing the paper.
