To Investigate Alabama

Washington, Dea 30.- Senator Allen, Populist, of Nebraska, has introiluced a resolution to investígate the election in Alabama. It provides for a committee of live senators divided in politics to make inquiry "whether there is, and for the last two and a half years just passed has been, a Bepubliean form of government in the state of Alabama, and to inquire into the manner of the eloction of United States senators and members of congress from said state, and whether there was any fraud, force or other unfairness in the election ia said state," etc.
