Topeka, Jvas., Aprii 1. - A special from Hays City, Kas., says: Fire has destroyed the better part of the business district here, incluuuig seven stone and twenty frame buildings. Three blocks were buriuxl, causing an aggregate loss of Í75,Oüü. The hisurance is $35,000. The fire started in a livery baru ín the south part of town. The wind was blowing a gale and the liremon could do but little.
