In Memoriam

The W. C. T. U. have passet! the following resolutions: "Whereas it has pleased an al wise and beneticent Providence to remove from our midst Mrs. N. G Butts, and ■'Whereas her faithful service as a member and ofiicer of this Union her unselfish devotion to the cause and the memories and influence o her beautiful Christian character are worthy to be commemorated by u in a public manner, be it "Resolved, That the heartfelt sympathy of this Union be extended to the family of the deceased in their deep sorrow, and be it further "Resolved, That these resolutions be placed upon record and the committeeare hereby instructed to send to the city papers and the family a copy of the same."
