BObTON, Apriï 4 - Au arrangement has ; been made by Second Assistant Postmaster Cieneral Neilaon, with President Little, of tlie West End Street Railway coinpauy, by which, on and after May 1, the United States mail wiü be carried from the central station to the sub-stations in Boston inulcctric cars. The number of miles run wiU be abont 'Si)0 and the service wiü be the lurgest and most complete Street car mail service in che country.
